Our Programmes
1:1 Personal Training
If You Are Looking to Train:
Rapid Progression: You’ll learn more in one hour of 1-on-1 pad work than in three group classes because the trainer focuses exclusively on your form, timing, and footwork.
Customised Intensity: Sessions are built around your goals—whether that's fat loss, self-defence, or preparing for your first interclub.
Technical Deep-Dive: You get to master the "small things" like weight distribution and hip rotation that often get missed in a crowded class.

The combination of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees makes it a versatile martial art for close combat. Training in Muay Thai helps boost self-esteem and confidence. As practitioners learn and master techniques, they gain a sense of accomplishment and belief in their abilities. The physical exertion involved in Muay Thai training is a powerful outlet for relieving stress.
Grading and Course opportunities
In MSA Luton grading occurs once a year for beginners and for advanced practitioners. Muay Thai grading is offered at MSA Luton to ensure the assessment of the students technical ability, understanding, attitude and commitment to training through a progression of armbands or Prajeat/ Kuang Rang, where other martial arts used belts. Higher ranks involve guiding lower-ranked students, fostering leadership and teaching skills. Please note Kru David will liaise with MSA HQ.
